It seems that the sharing of rent data between Zillow and Trulia is indeed a harbinger of the future of the Zillow Group. Zillow Group announced Monday that Realogy (RLGY), Keller Williams and 18 multiple list services, including California Regional MLS, have signed agreements with Zillow Group to provide both list data to Zillow and Trulia. ListHub, a subsidiary realtor.com operator Move Inc., which has aggregated and distributes list data, will cease offering to Zillow on April 7, when the agreement on the terms of making these offers available expires. Zillow announced in January that it was not reaching an agreement with Move`s parent company, News Corp. With the existing agreements, Zillow and Trulia now receive direct flows from the Realogy family of brokers, which includes Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, Century 21 Real Estate, Coldwell Banker, ERA, Sotheby`s International Realty and ZipRealty – as well as Keller Williams, which has 110,000 employees and „nearly 700 marketplaces“ worldwide. ListHub and the Zillow Group have been arguing for months over the list of data provided to Zillow and Trulia. It began in January, when Zillow announced its decision to terminate its listing agreement with ListHub, owned by Move, owned by News Corp (NWS) and which operates Realtor.com for the National Association of RealTors. Through the Zillow Partnership Platform, real estate agents are displayed as listing agents on all their offerings and receive leads directly from Zillow.
